At Boxhero, we want you to love your style; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned apparel must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Hand over your package to any authorized courier drop-off location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
